Shipping Policy
Address plaques are custom-made to order. They take approximately 2-3 weeks for manufacturing and shipping.
NOTE: On items marked " This item no shipping charges! " this applies to
- US contiguous 48 states
- ground shipping only
- express shipping charges are additional
- shipping charges to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada (if available) are additional
- shipping costs to you are non-refundable including those on special free shipping offers. Shippings costs to return the item are your responsibility.
Next Day, 2nd-Day, & 3rd-Day delivery:
All orders can be shipped for Next-Day, 2nd-Day, or 3rd-Day delivery for an additional charge.
Selecting one of these faster delivery methods DOES NOT speed up the manufacturing of your order -- it only speeds up the delivery of your order once it has been manufactured and has left the warehouse.
Cancellations Policy
Should you decide to cancel an address plaque order, we must know within 24 hours. If we are able to cancel your order before it is processed and produced, there is no charge for the cancellation. If the product has been shipped, it is not returnable.
Return Policy
Made to Order:
Most products on this website are made to order. These items are returnable only if they are defective. If you receive a defective or misspelled product, please contact us as quickly as possible at 877-589-9108.
Customer errors are not refundable (if you are placing an on-line order, double-check that your information is correct). Should incorrect information be processed and the plaque is manufactured and shipped, our policy is to offer a replacement of the plaque that was originally ordered at a discounted price to the customer.
Not Made to Order:
For those few items that are not made to order, they come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not pleased with such a purchase we will exchange it or refund your money, provided the following:
- The item is NOT made-to-order
- You call us at 877-589-9108- within 30 days of purchase for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
- Outside of carton must be clearly marked with RA number. Returns shipped without RA number will be refused.
- You must return all included parts.
- You return the product in it's original package
- The product must be in resaleable condition
- A 20% repackaging charge on all returns will be charged
- Customer errors are not refundable (if you are placing an on-line order, double-check that your information is correct)
Our outbound and inbound shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Holiday Returns Policy conditions
We have extended our standard 30 day return policy for the holidays. Items ordered as gifts that ship before January 1, 2012 may be returned for a refund until 4:00 pm central time on January 31, 2012. If you are returning an item within the timeline of our Holiday Return Policy, please be sure to follow the same procedures as our standard returns policy (listed above).
Items that you return or exchange must be in the condition that you received them and in the original box. Once we receive your return item(s), we will credit your original payment method for the full purchase price of each item in the return shipment.
